On Monday, Roofing Services Solutions, a Dunes Point Capital, LP portfolio company, announced it had acquired Blaine, Minn.-based Midwest Roofing, Siding & Windows, LLC.
Located in the greater Minneapolis area, Midwest Roofing provides re-roofing and building exterior services to residential, multi-family and commercial customers. Midwest has one location in Minnesota and employs approximately 15 people. The terms of the deal were not disclosed.
Dunes Point Capital, which launched RSS nearly a year ago, will wrap up its first anniversary, claiming 12 firms and 200 employees among its accomplishments. The firm is based in Rye, N.Y., just north of New York City.
